If by any means, the received product is not working or broken, we’ll replace the device, but if you want the refund, you need to call our toll-free.

By the information provided by you, If we’re able to identify your purchase, and if your request ticket is raised within 30 days of purchase, You’re supposed to send out product back to us in order the complete the refund process as soon as possible. We will not initiate the refund at any cost if you haven’t received the order, because of providing wrong shipping address while making the purchase.
